Pegboard

The pegboard for motor exercises is a device for climbing only with your hands. Climbing the pegboard consists of moving two wooden handles to the subsequent holes of the board during climbing. Pegboard training is exercises for the upper body muscles and excellent endurance training. The pegboard will ensure agility and strength, introduce variety to everyday classic exercises. The board can be attached to the side wall both horizontally and vertically.
